Ingredients (enough for a double-layer cake + a bunch of brownies)
3 cups brown rice flour
3 cups GF Flour
1 cup tapioca Flour
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
5 teaspoon baking baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable oil
3 teaspoon brown rice vinegar
3 cups water
1 package red bean paste
Baked at 350 for 40 min
Turned out pretty good. Didn't rise as much as I thought it would..
